4D marketing is seeking who can play a pivotal role in the finance function to support its multiple projects across locations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •   Conduct regular ledger maintenance
  •   Perform general day-to-day accounting activities and ad-hoc analysis
  •   Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  •   Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  •   Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
  •   Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls liaise with the Finance Manager to report and improve procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
  •   Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is a must (Master’s preferred)
  •   Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  •   3-7 years of experience in general or tax accounting
  •   Proven experience as a accounting supervisor or senior accountant
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  •   Hands-on experience with accounting softwares like Tally
  •   Advanced knowledge of Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables
  •   Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
  •   Good communication skills-written, oral & presentation
  •   Flexibility to Travel
